I had been working as a grant writer and project administrator for non-profits for 4 years and was looking for a change when I found an opening for a “Proposal Analyst” that seemed like an interesting opportunity. Despite shifting into this new role during the pandemic and learning new duties and systems completely remotely, I have so enjoyed the transition. I’ve been in my role for three years now and have never looked back. As a lifelong learner, I know research administration is a field that will always keep me on my toes!
