Assistant Director, Research Administration Support Services

Became an RA: The 2010's

I arrived in the US in 2006 and hoped I could continue my profession as an information specialist (have a degree and have worked 10+ years at that time) working at the university libraries reference desk. This was not possible without a US Master degree, so instead I started working as a research assistant, then I was hired in 2013 to manage an NSF training award which introduced me to research administration (pre-and post award) and I loved it. I have been in this field since.
