Morgan State University

I started out as a researcher working on US maternal and child health policy, and branched out to public health and health workforce training and capacity. As I was promoted to manager and director levels, I became more familiar with research administration rules and regulations. I was then promoted to director of our office of research administration, to help move our university from a Carnegie R2 to R1 classification. Now I have the CRA and CPRA certifications, and am a true research administration professional.
