After wending my way through various careers, I finally landed in research administration. Having previously worked on grants in varying capacities in different jobs, I knew I had a good background. But I didn’t realize how much I’d like this work, how all my strongest skillsets are tapped, and how fulfilling it is! Wish I would have started long ago!
