Streamlyne has developed a library of available forms, including a waiver request, NDA, MTA, proposal intake form, and Quick Proposal. By providing a library, our customers can quickly copy any of these forms and modify them, or simply create one on the fly using the form builder.
Once the form is chosen/designed, Streamlyne will then work with you to develop routing for your form. We are very collaborative with our user institutions, and we will ensure that QuickForms has all the features you need to be successful.
