Our guest for this inaugural event was our esteemed colleague Dr. Wayne A. I. Frederick. Dr Frederick is President of Howard University, the alma mater of U.S. Vice President-elect Kamala Harris. He spoke about diversity challenges in healthcare – specifically, how research and technology can be used to address compounding disparities, which is a critical and compelling topic.
Dr. Frederick was an extremely engaging speaker, and we were humbled to have him as our first guest in this series. We hope you will join us for future sessions as well.
