I joined Research Administration at HJF in May 2022, the same week I graduated from college. I had no prior experience in RA at all and my manager decided to take a chance on me and train me from the ground up! Ever since then, I have been non-stop learning about the intricacies of the field. I have come a long way since May 2022 but I know that I still have much to learn. I am loving it so far though! I love thinking about my contribution to research that can possibly help people in the future.
