Roles
What we hire for
We do not always have an open posting in each of these, and we would rather hear from the right person early than advertise a role we are not ready to fill. If one of these is you, write to us.
Software engineering
Java and the JVM, the web front end, and the AI work layered on top. You will own features end to end, in a codebase that has to stay coherent because every module shares it.
Business analysis — research administration and compliance
The role that decides whether the product is any good. You sit between sponsored programs offices and engineering, and you need to actually understand pre-award, awards, and the compliance committees.
Implementation and support
Getting an institution live, module by module, alongside whatever they are running today — and then being the person they can reach when it matters.
Cloud and DevOps
AWS infrastructure for a SOC 2 Type II environment serving research institutions, where uptime is not a vanity metric.
Sales and business development
Selling to research offices means knowing the work. Nobody here reads a script at a VP for Research.
