About this program
The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) offers approximately $101 million through the 2025 Multifamily Finance Super NOFA–Los Angeles Disaster to support affordable multifamily housing and related infrastructure in areas affected by January 2025 wildfires. Funding is available through programs for lower-income housing, supportive housing, transit-oriented development, infrastructure improvements, and housing for veterans and their families. Eligible applicants include businesses, nonprofits, public agencies, and tribal governments proposing projects located in Los Angeles County; matching funds are not required.
