2027 Post-Doctoral Save Our Scientists (SOS) Grant Program

About this program

The Autism Science Foundation’s 2027 Post-Doctoral Save Our Scientists (SOS) Grant provides up to $25,000 to support direct research expenses for postdoctoral autism researchers, including supplies, data access, participant support, travel, and training. Research may address any scientifically linked basic or clinical autism topic, with priority for studies involving profound autism and sex differences in autism diagnosis. Applicants must be current postdoctoral fellows at accredited colleges or universities, or hold such positions when funding begins; applicants worldwide are eligible. Applications are due October 15, 2026, and funding is awarded to the sponsoring institution.
