AADOCR Anne D. Haffajee Fellowship

About this program

The AADOCR Anne D. Haffajee Fellowship provides up to $10,000 to support early-career researchers pursuing independent careers in Periodontology and Oral Biology. Funds may support postdoctoral research, laboratory establishment, project completion, publications or grant preparation, protected research time, and laboratory assistance; recipients must submit a progress report within 12 months. Applicants must be AADOCR and Women in Science Network members, hold a DDS/DMD, Ph.D., or equivalent degree, and have a postdoctoral, instructor, assistant professor, or equivalent appointment at an accredited U.S. dental school or academic research center. Applicants must be within 10 years of their last professional degree, with applications due October 1, 2026.
