About this program
The AADOCR P&G New Faculty Research Fellowship, supported by Procter & Gamble, awards $10,000 to early-career dental, oral, and craniofacial researchers for postdoctoral research, laboratory establishment, project completion, or preparation of publications or grant proposals. Applicants must be AADOCR members, hold a DDS/DMD and/or Ph.D. or equivalent degree, and be within 10 years of their last professional degree. They must also hold a postdoctoral, instructor, assistant professor, or equivalent appointment at an accredited U.S. dental school or academic research center and demonstrate commitment to a research career and academic promise. Applications are accepted from July 13 through October 1, 2026, with encouragement for applicants from disadvantaged backgrounds.
