AASP Foundation Seed Grants

About this program

The AASP Foundation offers community outreach and research seed grants of up to $500 to support projects integrating research and practice in exercise and sport psychology, particularly those led by students and early-career professionals. Proposals should be clearly articulated, contribute to the field’s knowledge base, and demonstrate potential for future work or funding. Applicants must be current AASP members; students who are not members may apply with an eligible AASP member as co-author, provided the project is identified as the student’s. Applicants may receive this grant only once every two years and may not seek concurrent AASP funding for the same project.
