AAST Surveys

About this program

The American Association for the Surgery of Trauma (AAST) invites researchers to submit surveys for distribution to its membership, supporting meaningful research and potential peer-reviewed publication. Up to 10 applications are accepted each quarter on a first-come, first-served basis, with the goal of publishing approximately six surveys annually. Applicants must design surveys according to the EQUATOR CHERRIES Checklist and submit by January 15, April 15, July 15, or October 15; AAST committees and Board of Managers receive priority. Selected surveys are published in the corresponding quarter, with submissions evaluated by the Surveys Subcommittee and potentially revised, deferred, or declined.
