About this program

The Alzheimer's Association offers the Zenith Fellows Award Program to support established investigators with a track record of significant contributions to Alzheimer's disease (AD) and related dementia (ADRD) research. The program aims to fund innovative, cutting-edge basic science or biomedical research proposals addressing fundamental problems in early detection, etiology, pathogenesis, treatment, or prevention of AD/ADRD.

Eligible applicants must be Associate Professors or above, have independent laboratories, and demonstrate significant research contributions or the potential for future impact. The Association encourages applications from underrepresented groups and anticipates funding up to three awards, each with a maximum of $450,000 over three years, with a minimum award duration of two years.
