About this program

The American Institute of Architects (AIA) is accepting submissions for Fellowship (FAIA), its highest membership honor recognizing architects whose work and contributions significantly advance architecture and society; the submission window is June 24–October 1, 2026, with the investiture scheduled at AIA26 on June 11, 2026. Applicants must be AIA members who can demonstrate sustained architectural excellence and significant professional or societal contributions—FAIA is awarded to roughly 3% of members by election of a peer Jury of Fellows.
