About this program
The Indiana Arts Commission’s America250 Grant Program, funded by the National Endowment for the Arts and the Indiana General Assembly, provided one-time grants to support arts projects in any discipline that celebrate American history and connect participants to that history ahead of the nation’s 250th anniversary. Applicants could request up to $5,000 and were not required to provide matching funds. Projects recommended for funding received the full amount requested and, if in good standing and timely with required documentation, were eligible for full payment at the start of the grant period.
