Annual Meeting Registration Waivers (online years)

The American Musicological Society (AMS) offers Annual Meeting Registration Waivers in online meeting years, providing full waivers of the registration fee for international attendees of the 14–15 and 19–20 November 2026 online Annual Meeting. Eligibility requires current residence in a country with a per-capita GDP below $41,000 as determined by the most recent World Bank data, and awards are subject to applicable U.S. laws and sanctions. Applicants accepted to present who apply will automatically receive a waiver; non-presenting applicants may apply and remaining waivers are distributed by lottery. Applications must be submitted by 1 July 2026.
