APA Leadership Nominations: Board, Committees, and Graduate Student Council

About this program

The American Philosophical Association (APA) invites nominations for its committees, three at-large board seats, and 12 Graduate Student Council positions, with terms beginning July 1, 2026. Committee and board terms are generally three years, while Graduate Student Council terms are two years. Nominators and nominees must be APA members, though all membership categories may be considered for committee service; only regular, graduate student, and emeritus members are eligible for at-large board seats. Nominations, including self-nominations, must be submitted through the APA system by October 31, and nominees must accept and upload a CV by November 10.
