ARO Travel Awards for the 2027 MidWinter Meeting

About this program

The Association for Research in Otolaryngology (ARO) offers travel awards to support trainees attending the 2027 ARO MidWinter Meeting in San Francisco, February 5–10, 2027. Awards provide $500 to U.S.- and Canada-based recipients and $750 to international recipients, with $1,500 Donald Henderson Travel Awards for top applicants in select categories. Eligible applicants include current ARO members who are undergraduate, post-baccalaureate, graduate, audiology, resident/medical student, or postdoctoral trainees conducting research relevant to ARO and who submit a first-author abstract and attend the meeting in person. Applications require an electronic form, 250–500-word statement, CV, and mentor letter; submissions open June 15, 2026, and close September 7, 2026.
