About this program
The Southwest Minnesota Arts Council offers Artist Growth Grants of up to $4,000 to support artists’ projects that advance their skills and artistic careers during FY 2027. Artists at any career stage may apply for eligible professional development or creative projects. Applications must include the required materials and attachments and may be submitted online, by email, or on paper. FY 2027 deadlines are August 19, 2026, and February 17, 2027, with projects beginning no earlier than October 1, 2026, or April 1, 2027, respectively.
