Artist Support Grant for Individuals

About this program

The Region 2 Arts Council, with funding from the McKnight Foundation, offers Artist Support Grants of up to $2,000 for individual artists and culture bearers to support creative production, materials and equipment, professional development, residencies, mentorships, performances, exhibitions, or marketing. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and reside in Beltrami, Hubbard, Clearwater, Lake of the Woods, or Mahnomen County, Minnesota, and may be at any career stage. Applications require a project budget, work samples, artist statement, and résumé; prior recipients must wait one full grant cycle before reapplying. The deadline is January 15, 2027.
