Arts-Based Research (PEEK) — funding for innovative arts-based research

About this program

Austrian Science Fund (FWF) PEEK supports innovative, high‑quality arts‑based research where artistic experience and methodology are central, aiming to enhance researchers' skills, research quality and international reputation; projects may include national or international partners and funding covers project‑specific personnel and non‑personnel costs for up to 48 months. Applications are submitted on a rolling basis via the elane portal and decisions are made by the FWF Scientific Board based on PEEK Jury recommendations and international peer review, with the number of reviews varying by requested amount.
