Arts Create-1

About this program

The Texas Commission on the Arts offers the Arts Create-1 grant to support the state's creative economy. This multi-year grant provides operational funding to established arts organizations and college arts institutions with budgets between $50,000 and $1 million. Applicants must be tax-exempt nonprofit organizations or government entities, incorporated in Texas, and must have fulfilled their contractual obligations to the state. The grant offers up to 25% of the organization's last completed year's cash operating budget, with a minimum request of $3,000.
