About this program

The Texas Commission on the Arts offers multi-year operational grants to Established Arts Organizations of Color with a budget over $50,000. This competitive program provides funding for a one-year period, with the potential for a second year of support, depending on available funds.

To be eligible, organizations must be tax-exempt nonprofits, have their eligibility status established with the TCA, be incorporated in Texas, and comply with various federal regulations, including those related to civil rights, accessibility, and discrimination.
