Arts Create-4

About this program

The Texas Commission on the Arts offers the Arts Create-4 grant to support the state's creative economy. This multi-year grant provides operational funding to established arts organizations with an annual budget exceeding $5 million.

Eligible applicants must be tax-exempt nonprofit organizations or government entities, incorporated in Texas, and have fulfilled their contractual obligations to the state. The grant requires a one-year application, with the potential for a second-year update if funded, and requests can range from $3,000 to 25% of the organization's last completed year's cash operating budget.
