Arts Respond Project

About this program

The Texas Commission on the Arts offers grants for arts organizations to support projects addressing specific priority areas, including education, health, economic development, public safety, and natural resources. Arts organizations, including Arts Organizations of Color, College Arts Institutions, and Established Arts Organizations, are eligible to apply, provided they meet the tax-exempt nonprofit organization criteria and other requirements, such as having a verified budget and being incorporated in Texas. The grants can cover up to 50% of the project budget, with a minimum request of $1,000, and are designed to assist with project costs and related administrative expenses.
