Become a Facilitator - Maine Humanities Council

About this program

The Maine Humanities Council is recruiting facilitators to help connect Maine communities through discussions of books, poems, and significant ideas. Selected facilitators will join a statewide cohort supporting the Council’s community engagement and humanities programming. Applicants should live in Maine, be enthusiastic about facilitating thoughtful discussion, and bring relevant personal or professional experiences; candidates from historically underrepresented groups are especially encouraged to apply. Applications are reviewed twice annually, with deadlines of March 31 and August 31.
