Behavioral Science/Family Systems Educator Fellowship

About this program

The Society of Teachers of Family Medicine (STFM) offers a competitive, yearlong Behavioral Science/Family Systems Educator Fellowship for family medicine faculty who teach or coordinate behavioral science/family systems curricula. The fellowship provides structured learning, mentoring, professional development planning, and support for a scholarly project to be presented at a national conference. Applicants must be current STFM members, with preference given to faculty with one to five years of experience; the program fee is $2,605, and limited scholarships may be available through the STFM Foundation. Applications are open through September 14, 2026.
