About this program
The National Council on Family Relations (NCFR) Family Therapy Section offers two annual Best Poster Awards—one for a student and one for a new professional—to encourage scholarly activity and support emerging leaders. Each recipient receives a $175 cash award and certificate following the NCFR Annual Conference. Eligible applicants must be current NCFR and Family Therapy Section members, first authors of accepted posters, and either students or professionals within three years of graduation who can present at the conference. Applications are by invitation after poster acceptance and are due October 1.
