About this program
The Association for Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T), through its Chapter Assembly, presents the Chapter Member of the Year Award to recognize significant local service and contributions to an ASIS&T chapter; the award consists of a certificate presented at the annual meeting. Eligible nominees must be current ASIS&T members of the nominating chapter and may be recognized for chapter programming, leadership, special projects, member recruitment, fundraising, publications, or other member services. Chapters nominate members through their Annual Report, due September 1, and nominees cannot have received the award in the preceding year.
