About this program
The Association for Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T) offers the Chapter of the Year Award to recognize chapters demonstrating outstanding contributions to ASIS&T and the advancement of information science. The award consists of certificates for each member of the winning chapter’s governing body and is presented at the Association’s annual meeting. All ASIS&T chapters in good standing are eligible, with no limit on repeat awards or the number of annual recipients. Chapters self-nominate through their Chapter Annual Activities Report, due September 1, which serves as the nomination package.
