Competitive Grant Programs: Chatham Fund Grants

About this program

The Cape Cod Foundation’s Chatham Fund provides competitive grants to nonprofits addressing community needs and improving quality of life for Chatham residents. Priority areas include hunger, children’s needs, the environment, housing, healthy aging, transportation, and economic security. Applicants must be nonprofit organizations with 501(c)(3) public charity status; organizations may be based outside Chatham, but proposed programs must directly serve Chatham residents. Applications are due September 17, 2026.
