Creation and Presentation Program (CPP)

About this program

The Wisconsin Arts Board’s Creation and Presentation Program offers multi-year artistic program and operating support to established nonprofit arts organizations—and eligible tribal government or university arts programs—that create or present ongoing arts programming with significant local, regional, or statewide cultural impact and that advance the Arts Board’s community development and arts education goals. Applicants must be 501(c)(3) arts organizations (or use government/university nonprofit status), demonstrate stable management, high artistic quality, and ongoing assessment; applicants must choose between the Creative Communities and Creation & Presentation programs and current Creative Communities grantees should not apply to C&P. Applications are submitted through the Wisconsin Arts Board online system; new applicants must register and submit an Intent to Apply by September 11, 2026, the application deadline is October 8, 2026, and all applicants are required to obtain a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) from SAM.gov.
