CRI Irvington Postdoctoral Fellowship Program

About this program

The Cancer Research Institute offers the CRI Irvington Postdoctoral Fellowship to support three years of hypothesis-driven training in fundamental immunology and cancer immunology, with stipends of $74,000, $76,000, and $78,000 and a $5,000 annual institutional allowance. Research must advance understanding of the immune system’s role in cancer and prepare fellows for independent scientific careers through mentorship and professional development. Applicants must hold or obtain a doctoral degree by award activation, have no more than five years of mentored research experience, and work under an assistant professor–level or higher sponsor at a nonprofit institution in the United States or abroad. Applications are due September 1, 2026, or March 1, 2027, by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
