Curing Kids Cancer Grants

About this program

Curing Kids Cancer offers one-year grants to physician-scientists pursuing pediatric cancer research that overcomes barriers to clinical application, with priority for immunotherapy, targeted, epigenetic or gene therapies, difficult-to-treat cancers, and correlative studies. The program will award 1–2 Individual Grants of $150,000 and up to one Collaborative Grant of $300,000; applications are due September 14, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Applicants must be MD and/or PhD principal investigators at Children’s Oncology Group member institutions in North America, with no citizenship restriction. Each institution may submit one application, endorsed by the chief(s) of its pediatric hematology-oncology division(s); collaborative proposals must involve at least two divisions from separate institutions.
