Dechra Veterinary Products Veterinary Scholarship

About this program

The American Veterinary Medical Foundation (AVMF), in partnership with Dechra Veterinary Products, offers twenty $2,500 scholarships to veterinary students pursuing equine sports medicine, internal medicine, dermatology, anesthesia, analgesia, surgery, or critical care. Awards include five scholarships in each specialty area and will be disbursed during the fall 2026 semester. Applicants must be U.S. citizens in their clinical year at an AVMA Council on Education-accredited college, intend to practice in the United States, remain enrolled and in good standing, and maintain a passing GPA. Applications are accepted September 1–30, 2026.
