Delivery Science Fellowship Program

About this program

Kaiser Permanente’s Division of Research offers a two-year, full-time Delivery Science Fellowship in Pleasanton, California, focused on improving health care delivery through mentored research, advanced methods training, publications, and presentations. Fellows receive salary and benefits through an employment contract with The Permanente Medical Group and Kaiser Foundation Health, with possible tuition reimbursement, and apply Kaiser Permanente’s extensive clinical data resources to priority areas such as health equity, quality improvement, informatics, and care outcomes. Applicants must hold a related health professional doctorate and/or research doctorate awarded within two years before the program start date and be eligible for employment in the United States. Applications for the July 2027 cohort are due November 6, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. PT.
