About this program
The Tulsa Community Foundation offers the Delores and Jerry Etter Top Scientists/Engineers Award STEM Scholarship Program, providing up to five competitive $10,000 scholarships for students entering the 2026–27 academic year. Applicants must be pursuing a STEM major leading to a certificate or diploma at an accredited U.S. college or university and be a child, grandchild, spouse, significant other, niece/nephew, or sibling of a Department of the Navy 2026 Top Scientist or Engineer.
