Dental Hygiene Scholarship

About this program

The National Dental Association Foundation offers a $1,500 Dental Hygiene Scholarship to support students pursuing dental hygiene education at CODA-accredited programs. Applications are accepted from March 1 through August 31. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, demonstrate financial need, maintain good academic standing, and show meaningful community service, extracurricular involvement, and strong character. Required materials include an official transcript, CV, professional photo, statement of financial need and qualifications, two recommendations—including one from the program director and one from a current NDHA member—and a photo/video release form.
