DivCHED Travel Award

About this program

The Division of Chemical Education (DivCHED) of the American Chemical Society offers the DivCHED Travel Award to support members’ travel to professional meetings, covering up to 80% of travel expenses for one meeting (with a $1,000 cap for the Spring ACS National Meeting); up to 10 awards are made annually. Applicants must be current DivCHED members in at least their third year of membership at the time of application. The next application deadline is September 1, 2026 (11:59 PM EST) for 2027 awards, and submissions typically require meeting details, a statement of professional benefit, prior DivCHED activity, and supervisor information.
