Donald V. Roberts Global Sustainability Award

The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) offers the Donald V. Roberts Global Sustainability Award to recognize an outstanding paper advancing civil engineers’ responsibility to sustainability. The lead author receives a certificate and an honorarium, while all other authors receive certificates; the award may not be given if no paper meets the standard. Eligible papers must have been published in an online ASCE journal between July and June preceding the award year, and nominations are open to authors regardless of ASCE membership. Nominations, due November 1, must include a signed cover letter, a copy of the paper, and a completed contributing-authors list.
