About this program
The Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) Foundation offers the Dr. Barry T. Katzen Master Clinician Award to honor an interventional radiologist who demonstrates exceptional clinical practice, patient care, dedication, continuous improvement, and meaningful institutional or practice impact. The recipient receives complimentary registration and recognition at the SIR Annual Scientific Meeting. Nominees must exemplify compassionate, high-quality patient care, an extraordinary work ethic, ongoing professional development, impactful contributions to interventional radiology, and unrecognized excellence; all SIR members may be considered. Nominations are due by 5 p.m. ET on November 15, 2026.
