E-Team Program

About this program

VentureWell’s E-Team Program provides student inventor teams with up to $25,000 in non-dilutive funding, entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and networking to advance scalable innovations addressing significant social, health, or environmental challenges. Pioneer offers $5,000 for early market exploration, while graduates may apply for Propel and receive an additional $20,000 to develop and test a business model. Applicants must be currently enrolled at a U.S.-based institution and form teams of at least two students with a faculty advisor. Eligible innovations should be science- or engineering-based, differentiated from competing technologies, scalable, and demonstrate intent to pursue commercialization; the Winter 2027 application deadline is September 29, 2026.
