Edna G. Kynett Memorial Foundation Grant Program

About this program

The Edna G. Kynett Memorial Foundation provides one-year grants generally up to $50,000 for community health, professional education, and research focused on cardiovascular health, particularly prevention and underserved or high-risk populations in the Delaware Valley. Proposals are accepted for spring and fall cycles with deadlines of April 15 and October 15, respectively, and may support program expenses or, in some cases, general operating costs. Applicants must be public entities or 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations located in the eligible region; individuals, private foundations, capital projects, endowments, and deficit reduction are ineligible. Applications must include evaluation and, where appropriate, dissemination plans, and grantees must submit annual reports and participate in Foundation evaluations.
