About this program
The Egg Industry Center Research Grant Program supports high-quality, scientifically meritorious research addressing current or emerging issues in the egg industry at academic institutions in North America. Funding is provided through the Egg Industry Center Endowment Fund and may cover salaries and fringe benefits for faculty, postdoctoral fellows, graduate and undergraduate students, and technicians, but not indirect costs. Proposals are competitively reviewed based on scientific merit and relevance to the egg industry.
