Emerging Researcher Forum at the 2026 Global CMT Research Convention — Apply Now

The CMT Research Foundation is soliciting applications for its Emerging Researcher Forum — a closed, invite‑only session on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Cambridge, MA — held ahead of the 2026 Global CMT Research Convention to promote interactive discussion of CMT research and drug‑development challenges and to connect early‑career investigators with senior leaders and information about the Emerging Researcher Award. Eligible forum attendees receive complimentary Convention registration and may apply (via the same application form) for a travel stipend of up to $1,200 to offset attendance costs; spots are limited. Applicants must be within 10 years of their terminal degree and include early‑career investigators, newly appointed professors, postdoctoral and pre‑doctoral researchers, or other academic or industry investigators working on CMT or applying relevant expertise; apply by September 8, 2026 via the Foundation’s web form.
