ESGE Fellowship Grants — Observational Training with Experts

About this program

The European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ESGE) offers 35 annual Fellowship Grants enabling endoscopists-in-training and fully-trained endoscopists to undertake observational training at officially recognized ESGE training centres for up to four weeks, with one additional exchange grant per year placing a grantee in a leading Japanese institution. Applicants must be ESGE Individual or Dual Members under 40 years of age, with applications opening January 31, 2026 and closing June 5, 2026. The program focuses on observational learning of basic steps and specialized techniques; hands-on training alternatives are available through other ESGE initiatives such as ESGE Days, UEG Week, and ESGE Endoscopy Camp.
