About this program

The European Society for Paediatric Research (ESPR) is offering the ESPR Research Grant Programme 2026, including ‘Neonatal CARE’ and ‘Future of Paediatric Care’ awards to fund paediatric and neonatal research projects; applicants must be ESPR members. Applications must be emailed as a single merged PDF to office@espr.eu by 31 August 2026 and include the completed application template (max three pages, plus one page for references), a short CV (max four pages) with peer‑reviewed publications from the past five years, and at least one letter of recommendation from a supervisor/host. An institutional letter confirming local support for basic costs and an explicit statement that no institutional overhead or indirect costs will be charged is required; only complete, correctly formatted applications will be considered and only one candidate per institution may be funded.
