Established Advocacy Grant

About this program

The American Academy of Dermatology Association (AADA) offers two $10,000 Established State Advocacy Grants to support state dermatological societies with established advocacy programs that need additional funding for legislative or regulatory efforts. Applications are encouraged to focus on one specific legislative priority and are accepted from June 30 through September 30. Eligible societies must be able to conduct advocacy activities under their IRS tax status and applicable state regulations, and proposed activities must align with AADA state policy priorities. Applicants must submit a detailed advocacy proposal, project budget, organizational and financial documents, and a final report on project outcomes; states must have received more than two prior AADA advocacy grants.
